“ It’s so hard to find green foods in France or vegan food in general. If you’re vegetarian and like white or brown foods though, you will be happy. I longed for a raw salad and this was an option. The falafels were excellent as well! The “burger” though is just an eggplant sloppy joe but my husband enjoyed it even though he normally avoids all nightshades (we were very hungry). ”
